Re-Roofing

Building code allows up to two layers of asphalt roofing. Many homes that have only 1 layer of roofing do not need to be torn off and have the extra expense of tear off and all new underlayment. We can install 30 yr Arch Class A shingles over existing shingles to save money and still give you, our valuable customer, a new roof. We will also update the ventilation for the roof with either turtle vents or the more efficient ridgevent.
