Swamp Cooler Removals

We can remove your old swamp cooler and fill in the hole. We cut the plywood back to the trusses and install a piece of plywood to fit the hole. We then install ice & water shield as the underlayment and install shingles to match the existing shingles. The final result is that you usually can not tell you ever had a swamp cooler and the roof looks great and doesn't look like a patch job. We have not had anyone call back about leaks after we patch the hole.
