We offer a standard  5 year Workmanship Warranty on all new roof replacements. If you will allow us to guide you in choosing special applications and so  forth  we will offer a 10 year warranty on new roofs that we install. All roofs come with the manufacturers warranty to keep on record in case the product does not fulfill it's reasonable life span.
